Mason Interactive is a finalist in Google’s annual “Premier Partner Awards” for our work with St. Augustine College.
St. Augustine College was founded in 1980, and was the first bilingual college in the state of Illinois. Its mission is to “make the American system of higher education accessible to a diverse student population with an emphasis on those of Hispanic descent.”
Mason is recognized for a campaign to offer free GED courses and, upon successful completion, a voucher for free college credits at St. Augustine College.
Mason’s Team Hawk, led by Associate Director Andrew Womble, conceptualized, implemented, optimized, and tracked the campaign. Says Womble “St. Augustine wins new students (a portion of the students enrolled in further classes after then free credit) and the students win by succeeding academically. It’s a pleasure to work on campaigns with positive student outcomes. All of the credit goes to the two Account Managers and two Associate Analysts on Team Hawk, they’re the real powerhouse behind the nomination.”
Team Hawk used Google campaigns to harvest intent in the community, and to direct interested users to specific landing pages, where the potential students had two options: First, they could enroll on the page and get admitted. Second, if they preferred, they could speak with an admissions counselor for more details. Giving students the option is key. We’re very proud of St. Augustine and the work they’re doing, and are thankful for the opportunity to be trusted with their lead generation campaigns. Their team comes from different backgrounds, and brings diverse viewpoints and experiences, broadening perspectives, and that makes our partnership even stronger.”
Andrew Womble has been with Mason since 2013, recently relocating from the New York headquarters to help launch Mason Interactive’s newest office in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mason first partnered with St. Augustine College in May of 2021.
