Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statistics at Mason

At Mason, we believe strongly that our workforce should accurately reflect the places we live in, and the the communities where our two offices are located.

As of today, July 1st 2022, Mason Interactive is:
Gender Inclusive – we are 59% female
Generationally diverse – 15% Gen X, 59% Gen Y, 16% Gen Z
Racially Representative of the communities in which we live – 40% of employees identify as BIPOC

Additionally, 67% of Managers are female. At the senior management level, 60% are female, and 20% identify as black.
