Their Story
Fig.1 was founded with the mission of delivering high-quality, science-backed skincare products. With the backing of celebrity endorsements, the brand was well-positioned for success but required a strategic approach to effectively capture the market’s attention both online and in-store.
The Challenge
Fig.1 faced the challenge of launching a celebrity-led skincare brand in a highly competitive market, both in the DTC channel and through a major retail partner, CVS. They needed to ensure that their online presence complemented their retail strategy while maximizing the impact of their launch.
