Our approach focused on optimizing the Path to Purchase, utilizing Meta Shops with retargeting strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. By employing Meta Advantage+ catalog ads tailored for retargeting, we effectively reminded customers of previously browsed or purchased items across platforms like the website and Instagram shop. This streamlined the path to purchase, increasing conversion likelihood and driving revenue while reducing friction in the buying process.
To inform targeting and optimization strategies, we utilized advanced audience insights and analyzed demographic, interest, and purchasing behavior data of Hampden’s target audience. This allowed for refined audience segmentation, ensuring the delivery of the right message to the right people at the right time.
