The Challenge

Lushful Aesthetics came to Mason Interactive with a bold ask: scale visibility and lead generation for its male-focused procedures, specifically its Girth Enhancement offering — a service that sits at the intersection of high cost, high stigma, and strict ad policy limitations.

With procedures priced in the five-figure range, the brand needed not only to drive conversions but also to educate the public, build trust, and do it all with creative that could navigate platform restrictions. The goal was clear: increase year-over-year lead volume, reduce acquisition costs, and build long-term brand equity in a traditionally difficult category.

The Strategy

Mason Interactive approached this challenge with a full-funnel, multi-platform media strategy anchored in creative differentiation and performance optimization. Paid Social and Paid Search budgets were strategically scaled to capture intent and drive demand efficiently, while Google’s Performance Max and SEM campaigns targeted high-converting users with sharp, action-oriented messaging.

The creative was continuously optimized for each platform, and audiences were segmented to ensure the right message met the right consumer at the right moment. Layered with programmatic efforts and a dominant out-of-home presence in New York City, the campaign achieved a powerful frequency effect — reinforcing the brand’s bold identity across every touchpoint.

Creative Direction & Strategy

The success of Lushful Aesthetics’ campaign hinged on one bold, decisive move: leading with breakthrough creative in a category known for discomfort, discretion, and stigma.

To disrupt expectations around male enhancement services, Mason Interactive developed a surrealist visual concept that was provocative yet playful — using metaphor, not medical imagery, to sidestep platform restrictions and spark conversation.

Creative Focus

The hero creative? A sharply dressed man with an eggplant obscuring his face, paired with the unapologetic headline: “Bigger. Thicker. Girth Enhancement.” It was attention-grabbing, unforgettable, and instantly shareable.

Additional ad concepts leaned further into surrealism — flying bananas in technicolor skies, and a towering Empire State Building made from a giant eggplant declaring: “New York Likes Them BIG.” Each asset was meticulously adapted across channels, ensuring consistency in tone while leveraging the unique strengths of each platform (e.g. static imagery for OOH, animation for Meta, and softened visuals for Search and Programmatic).

This creative approach did more than entertain — it gave Lushful Aesthetics a unique, ownable brand identity in a crowded space, broke through consumer hesitation, and ultimately fueled one of the highest-performing campaigns in their category.

The campaign didn’t just work, it rewrote the benchmarks.

The campaign delivered exceptional, measurable impact across every major channel. Google campaigns saw a 252% year-over-year increase in total conversions, with Girth Enhancement-specific leads up 56%. Cost-efficiency dramatically improved, with a 49% reduction in CPA and a 300% lift in conversion rate from Performance Max campaigns — well above industry benchmarks. On social, impressions skyrocketed 792%, CPC dropped by 69%, and CTR climbed 74%, all while driving over 266,000 clicks to the Girth campaign alone.
